History

SCP PAPIER, Inc. was established in 1997 whilst the major shareholder/stockholder was SCP Ružomberok, Inc. (today MONDI SCP). Another shareholder was the company PATEX, operating on the paper market since 1991. Over several years SCP PAPIER has managed to join the leaders on the wholesale paper market for the printing industry and the office. Whilst in 1998 the amount of paper sold was 9,000 tons, in 2006 this number increased to 23,000 tons. In 2006 SCP PAPIER bought from Mondi SCP a major share in the company ROMANIAN PAPER DISTRIBUTION, srl which is a leading paper distributor in Romania. In 2007 SCP PAPIR, doo was established in Bosnia and Hercegovina, which specializes in paper distribution for the printing industry and the office.
